I just moved to Columbia from NC last fall. Went out on Lake Murray and fished along the banks a bit, knowing I probably wasnt going to catch anything because the water was still a little cold. On my way back to the ramp- the one at the dam- saw birds diving and decided to do a little trolling with rapalas. caught my first striper (17 inches), and they put up a great fight. the picture is a little JV (camera phone), but i was out by myself and tried to get the best one possible. I hope to be able to post more on this site. I also caught my biggest crappie on Lake Murray a few weeks ago.
