First time on the half-shell

Went fishing Sunday and caught a few Black Drum and a nice Black sea bass… decided to see what all the hubbub was cooking filets on the half shell… Turned out incredible…
Wife rubbed them down with a Cajun seasoning, I turned the grill up to about 380, sprayed the grate with olive oil.
Started them off flesh down for three minutes, Flipped them over and cooked them for 18 more minutes…
That was by far the best fish I have had in a while… Especially that BSB…

Looks good! Sometimes keeping it simple is the best way to go.
