This is one of our favorite meals, tasty, quick, easy and healthy to boot. We usually grill salmon, mahi, or swordfish, but any kind of grilled fish that you like will work. As for the fruit:
2 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups of mango or fresh peaches, cubed
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp sugar or 2 Tbsp honey
Mix it all up and set it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. Serve on the side with the grilled fish.
