Is this your own breader or a store bought? If it is your own, I would love to have the recipe. Sick of the stores and I’m tryin’ different homemade recipes. Also, did you dip it in any egg wash. IT LOOKS GREAT!!!

Adluh makes a great seafood breader. Very similar to House Autry but with a little more spice.
