Fish are biting despite murky waters

Caught and released 30 yesterday, all fishing zman baits with trout eye jig heads. Different colors and weights for different water/current. Many trout found in current breaks 1 hour plus into outgoing king tide. water temp was 71, clarity was poor at best but stay patient and keep the bait working in the water. Trout were found 3-8 ft while reds were caught in shallows. slots were schooled, 28+ inch reds were solo.

Great photo, nice fish. Great to catch them on plastic!

Awesome!

Also, very nice photo.

Thanks for sharing! Do you give lessons in red fishing? Lol I cannot seem to find them like I can trout

Finding trout isnt a bad problem to have bud. Get in a spot that you normally find trout and watch the waterline as the tide goes out and comes in, look for pushes and boils. Generally they are not far from one another.

Oh I am thankful or the trout! My dad really wants to catch a nice red. Thanks for the help! I’ll keep it mind should I make it back down this fall
