My 20ft CC doesn’t have a large enough space or cooler if I ever catch a nice sized fish offshore. I am afraid building a removable fish box would take up to much space. Would I be better off with going with a fish bag??
A wise man once said “Do as I say not as I do” Good advice when I tell you that.
A fish bag works awsome. You can take it on other boats when you go with a buddy.
I have used one for a couple years and like it. I still take a cooler of ice and use it for drinks and take ice out for the fish bag as I need it. Later Len

Fish bag all the way. Get one long enough to hold a 4’ or 5’ + fish and fat enough to hold a 50 lb tuna. Basically as big as you can afford.
I’ve used one for several seasons.
Another nice thing - when DNR decides to pull you on the water they don’t even have to climb aboard - just hand them the bag.
It ain’t no mystery…this beer’s history!
