Fish ID??

Caught this guy in the cast net while shrimping on Saturday night, any idea of what he is?

That’s a Lookdown. I’ve caught them on the fly on docklights in the Keys but haven’t ever seen any of any real size up here.

I caught one at Bushy Park a few years ago not much bigger than a quarter. freaked me out then I found out it was a lookdown… the silveryest fish I have seen :wink:
