OK. I can normally name most everything we catch here. This one has me stumped. It was on a drift rig with a cigar minnow, on the surface. It looked like a puffer, was about 3 lbs…swam away fine

Finally, something in the ocean that you actually CAN’T eat!!!
You’ll see those randomly mixed in with the flags and rainbow runners over really good structure in deeper water. Usually mid to upper water column. There was quite a few inside the Scarp last year. Haven’t seen one this year. Cool Catch!
