Fish Meal and Clay - Any shrimp in the Harbor?

I stopped by Red Top Feed and Farm Supply to pick up some meal and clay. I got a 50lb. bag of each for just under a bill. They have plenty. I usually mix it 1 part meal to 5 parts clay dry volume. I am Not sure why anyone would use the pre-mixed stuff. It is expensive. I am going to try my best to hit the Harbor one night this week. Hopefully the all the rain didn’t wash the shrimp out. Has anyone been in the Harbor?

Went out Thursday night, set up at dead low. Baited at dark no real incoming flow ended up with about 100 shrimp in 3 passes and called it quits just after 9:00 in the same place I’ve used for the last 15 years.
Have had better luck deep holing so far this year.

Finally got out Monday night to the crab bank. The tide was high and the chop was tossing my little 14’ johnboat causing it to smack the water. I only got a quarter bucket. The shrimp were good size. Crabbing was good on Sunday in the Toogoodoo. Hit the Ashley this afternoon 4 catfish and 20-30 reds 12"-25". Those fresh shrimp make good bait.
