fish taco

Has anyone tried fish tacos? Is it best to use grilled fish?

I tried them fried and grilled and prefer fried.

I use dolphin. Soak them in Margarita (you can leave the Tequila out if you want) for a few hours then throw them on the grill…muy bien…fried is good too, though…mess around with it and find something that strikes your fancy.

Also take coleslaw mix and add ranch dressing and chipotle hot sauce to it. Some salt and pepper and you have a great topping for fish tacos…

Good to have another “gul” posting, other than Penny; though she is a hoot. The Tacos sound good, you using Cumin sounds like you are health conscious; not much talk about Cumin. The Hopster got in trouble on this site, and has been banned for a while, there is a long post about it I believe on offshore discussion forum…

I prefer fried:

  • spoonful of sour cream on flour tortilla
  • small bed of lettuce over sour cream
  • add lightly battered fried mahi strips
  • top with fresh mango salsa
  • enjoy
