Fished Sunday and Monday flood tides. Fished the upper Wando Sunday night and found some tails late into the evening, hooked one hungry red who murdered my fly after I stripped it a few times. Unfortunately, my line broke (at the fly knot I think) and I lost him. Monday evening fished the Ashley out of my kayak and only saw 2-3 fish tailing…first time trying to fish out of my kayak so I ended up spooking them. Then the water got too high to see anything. So yes, the Reds are on the flats.

Yea, I was thinking they were on the flats, just haven’t seen as many post, I may have to head out to my flat here soon next tide …
