Left Ripley Lt around 6:30 and ran a little north of GT hole. Nothing to really fish on, no breaks or color changes. Picked up a nice King in 155’ and a nice Bull in 180’ just passing over the ledge. Trolled south in 350’ - 450’ back towards the point and picked up a few slingers along the way. Didn’t see any billfish but then again I wasn’t paying to much attention to the spread. The ocean was a little snotty 4’ @ 4 seconds. My anglers were all newbies to the offshore scene and were looking a little green!
Ran out at 28 and back at 26 into a quartering head. Had a good 4th to say the least.
Still running well with the yamas?
