Maybe I’ll take my solo 12’ canoe to ACE tomorrow or later this week.:question: I have a big boat, but just bought the canoe as I want to get back into the swamp for exploring & do a little fishing there.
I’m traveling from Charleston & I’m looking at Penny creek as it is close.
Any better recommendations & do I need a Freshwater License?

no you do not need a freshwater licence. The salt/freshwater line is hwy17 on Edisto river

It’s supposed to be windy Monday, but I’ll see in the AM. If not, Thursday looks good for me. I have not done this in years (Georgia) & really looking forward to it.
