My wife and I bottom fished the jetties this past Sunday, beautiful weather and the water was very clear and green towards the end of the south side. Lots of jelly fish.
We caught quite a few small black sea bass, all throwbacks since they were too little to keep. Also one really nice red fish. We fished late morning on the incoming tide with cut squid for bait. Also caught a couple of ribbon fish while trolling later for Spanish Mackerel. Strange looking thing with lots of teeth.
