I drove by this lake last year and it looked pretty good. I hear you can catch bass but also tear up your boat if you are not careful. Anyone ever fished this lake? Its near Lancaster SC off hwy 21. Thanks.
I fished it years ago as a coangler in a small tournament. Very small lake but there were some bass willing to bite. I heard there was a tournament there a few weeks ago and the bass were still shallow then. Might want to pair up with someone who knows the lake for your first trip there. I’d much rather fish Murray, Monticello, Russell, Clarks Hill or Hartwell.
