Fishing Folly

At Folly Beach for the week. Put yak in at public ramp on previous trips. Got permission to put yak in at Crosby’s to change things up. So, where should I go from Crosby’s? Looking for both high and low tide tips.

Wow! Thanks for all the ■■■■■■■■. I’ll enjoy catching absolutely no fish this week.

So, what is the point of this website anyway?

Big lure, big fish.

After 28hrs, on an internet forum, you expect someone to tell you some of there fishing spots? Oh, I’m sorry- you didn’t ask for a spot, just which way to go… You can go left or right.
Take that great attitude and go over to the inshore reports page. I’m sure they will help ya.

57 people read it in a 24 hr period.

Afraid there won’t be any fish left when I leave?

Mud

Mud,

You’re right. Time to chill. A little wound up and frustrated. Fished Monday and Tuesday. Caught a pinfish and lizard fish. Hardly what I am looking for.

Been posting on this and other forums for months with very little response. Got names of 5 places (other than public ramp on Folly to put in - one from a client, 3 from this forum and 1 last year from another kayaker in the parking lot of the Folly BP gas station. Of all those tips, only one has worked out - Crosby’s. At all of the other places, they looked a me like I had 3 heads when I asked about access to the water.

The oyster beds to the right side of Crosby’s should produce some good reds. Try high tide going to low.

Thanks fishless. Will try this weekend. Because I was out on the yak all day past 4 days, I have mandatory family time next two days in Charleston.
