Do most people really prefer large mullet over ribbonfish, bluefish, and pogies? Sorry if dumb question, only king fishing from boat I am familiar with is from NC where it is quite different (mainly artificial)
Personally i would love to have blue runners and big mullet for a tournament…
Crazy how different is just 100 miles down the coast lol I have seen all big mullet recently but can’t recall seeing a blue runner since mid june when was catching them on sabiki off folly pier.
How would mullet do in the same bait tank with menhaden?
Say about 12 mullet with 20 pogies in a 35/50 gallon tank.
I’m think’n not to good for either one.

We do it all the time in a 50 gallon tank,never notice any difference from when all we have is menhaden…sea conditions seem to make a bigger impact on the qaulity of the bait,the menhaden suffer the worse
I need a half dozen in the morning.
