Time Out Sports used to rent them to demo.

There are a few outfits that rent kayaks on Shem Creek. Not sure if they have any rigged out for fishing. Same on IOP near the marina. sorry don’t know the names of the companies that rent, but see rentals on the water all the time in these locations. X2 on any of the local shops that sell kayaks, you may be able to get a demo for a small fee.
