I purchased 4 kayaks from them and have had good service from Dave and John… My experience was mostly with John though. I bought 3 DEMO boats and 1 NEW one. I also purchased pretty much all my accessories there as well except for my VHF and whatnot. The couple minor issues I had were fixed quickly.
I can, and do easily stand up in my Native. The Tarpon 160i is a very fast yak! The Native and Tarpon are my personal favorites.
