Fishing near the ocean

Don’t know about you guys/gals but this time of year I seem to do better near the harbor or just closer to the ocean. Fathers day back in the creeks my temp gauge read 92 degrees. I know that’s near the surface but I image it’s still pretty warm through the water column.
I also believe the oxygen level drops significantly when the water temperature rises. I have caught spot tail around the 30 inch mark and they have hardly any fight in them.
I also found faster moving water holds more fish, guess it increases the oxygen levels.
Do ya’ll share the same experiences:question:

Colder water holds more O2 and moving water mixes it into the deeper layers. Skinny water gets pretty hot during the summer and will not hold as many fish.
