fishing off new boat

What Stonoman said! I been in 1.5 feet many time setting up to shrimp.

I too jump up and go if in shallow water in a Seahunt 210 Triton

Fishing on the bottom is like having sex with the lights turned off. It feels good… but I wanna see it.
Lights On!

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of dust with a rod in one hand and a beer in the other,
thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming…

WOW -WHAT A RIDE!!!

I’d like to see you pull those 21-22 ft boats up on your floating dock, or off the beach or a sand bar when the tide went out, or step out and lift them off an oyster bar- like I do (did) with my 14 ft Stinger or Alumacraft. There’s no way my McKee or EG223 are going those places. I’ll always be anchored a bit away, safe to make my escape, in the bigger boats.

You’ll never get me to give up the little dock and creek boat!
