I am new to the offshore fishing world, just bought a 26’ and I want to make sure I am following all the rules. What permits or license’s do you have to have other than a normal saltwater license when fishing for dolphin, wahoo, tuna and or other saltwater treasures. Any help or direction would be appreciated.
