Fishing the Wando but Manatee lower cooper river

Went up the wando and this is a strange area to fish. What appears to be water is flats 1.4’ on average. Managed a red and a nice trout in The Wando and was fishing hard for a flounder. Pushed in the lower Cooper river and caught a couple reds and a few that just embarrassed me but saw this Manatee that at first I thought was a diver.
