Anyone taking their yak out this weekend? Weather, as of now, looks to be good. Only downfall is the tide is around noon(high) in the upper Wando. Still wanting to get out and try.

i am most likely taking my new malibu out this weekend. not sure where yet. i am still new to the yak experience around here and not familiar with a lot of places.

Have you taken your kayak out at all yet? I’m relatively new to the kayak side of fishing, but got my first red out of my Malibu last week. Now I REALLY have the itch to get some more reds. I usually put in at either Shem Creek or up at Paradise boat ramp off 17 in Mount Pleasant. Thinking also about trying Bulls Bay sometime. Always looking to have a paddle buddy

Paradise would be fine. Not so sure about the really early part. Bringing my spare is no problem.
