Took new to him, sons boat out without him, he was stuck in Jax. working this weekend! 24’ Four Winds (91) with Twin 200 Yams (01).One of the most fishable boats I have fished in for its size. Excellent ride at 7600lbs. & 9ft.wide! Bloodied her up good. Cleared the fog at the end of the jettys, rode out at 35kt. to 100ft. Ocean was busy & saw two tunas clear the water chasing bait.we were bottom bumping as the forcast was calling for high wind in the P.M. Loaded the boxes with flounder, some of the largest pinks i have seen,(caught an easy hundred) fat ass BSB’S, nice ARSnappers, many many grey triggers. will post some pics. when the collage kid gets home this evening. Had a great crew with the Russian (Walter) Donnie Hunt my Kid the Bug & Auggie dog who cleaned our clock with all the big bites. Ride in at 40kt.
Nice work, but I am wondering why the tank racks are empty. Might be time to sneak in a trip and claim our share of a few of those floundas. Very pretty red snapper.
skin, the tanks are always full & ready. didn’t want to take on to much the frist trip out on the new to us bote. my two kids are always ready to go. its hard to find a ready willing & exp. crew to go. my bote is a little small for all that dive gear & fishing gear, last time we went (Oct) we were really weighted down, would have caught hell if the weather had turned.
That ocean is not what the weatherman said it was gonna be…
Good for you getting out there!
