Just got a new Icom 304 in the mail today. I have a Scout 175 and not really sure where to mount. What has worked well for everyone else?

I wish my boat had a T-Top but no such luck. I’m thinking about flush mounting under the stearing wheel or in the electronic box but limited room.
under the steering wheel flush mount is where I’m putting mine…
