Fixing/replacing a cracked stripping guide

I’ve got a tfo pro series with a cracked stripping guide. I noticed the insert was a little loose and discovered the crack after I was able to pop it out. My first instinct was to superglue everything back together, but I wan’t a little better advise before I do it. Can anybody locally replace this for me?

The only thing I can tell you is either replace the entire guide or send it to TFO and they should fix it for you…I think it’s $25 to repair at TFO

They’ll ask for a check of 25$ and takes about a week and a half. Most likey theyll replace the broke section. Excellent customer service.

Actually, the TFO warranty only covers the blank… not the guides… they may replace it for you, im not sure… but TFO doesn’t actually build rods in this country at all so they can’t “Fix” anything…

Just bring it to me here at The Charleston Angler… our rod guy can put a new guide on for you…

Does the rod guy work up in the summerville shop?
