Flats boat plugs

My boat has two drain plugs on either side inside the flooring and one in the lower stern. The stren plug and the floor plugs are plastic. How can i get a second set in case or when they wear out?

Look at the first picture at this link and tell me which kind of plugs you have? Red plastic ones?

my guess would be the ones inside arent like any in the pic, and the inside and outside are different

Yea they don’t look like any of those, I am gonna take pictures of em and load em up here and maybe we can figure this thing out?

If it swims throw a fly at it!

do they look like a sink stopper with a loop?

What kind of boat is it? my buddy has a pathfinder flats boat and he went to seels and they ordered him some plugs. The people at barrier island told him he had to drill the hole bigger and get one of those standard brss fitting and rubber plugs. Little did they know and they sell that brand

blake. i think he used “livewell” plugs in the cockpit of the pathfinder.

ft worry.

actually…i think the pathfinders plug situation was kinda weird, starboard side drained straigt out the hull, port drained into the bilge. and for some reason i remember them bein different sizez, but they were the weird little ones

ft worry.

My Pathfinder (Tunnel Hull) used a fine thread plug that is unique to Pathfinder. When they wore out I replaced both the housing and plug with a standard thread and have had no problems.

Livewell plugs come in many sizes, should be able to find one that will work…

“The big one’s still swimming, let’s go.”

Those pathfinder plugs are similar to that of a wilderness system kayak. They are plastic, fine threaded, and have a rubber seal on them. Cordray he has like 5 plugs on that boat. Im talking about the ones on the stern

plugs in the back? problem solved. go to TIME OUT in mt. p or any other sailing place. thats what i have on the back of my hobie 18. sayre sailing on Sullivans Isle would prob have em too.

ft worry.
