Flatty Crack

Seasoned this guy for 30 mins with Lawreys garlic salt and fried in 1/2 inch of duck fat!! Gone in 60 seconds.

Were ya get Duck fat from… other than the obvious a duck… :smiley:

I’ve had some fish fried in fresh rendered hog lard, but never duck.

Walmart sells 14oz jars for $13 by the oil aisle.
