I rarely fish the Harbor but I run through Patriots Point quite a bit and I’ve frequently noticed a bunch of boats (counted 9 on Thursday) fishing the edge of the shipping channel near buoys 27 and 28. Actually couldn’t tell if they were fishing or not from shore but I did see at least one boat throwing a cast net. The boats are pretty bunched up, like the spot fleet but I don’t think these are spot boats. Is this a bait spot or are people fishing in that area?
