I just purcahse a new 8wt and need some advice on flys.
I need to purchase one or two patterns for redfish. I don’t want to buy 10 different patterns I just would like for someone to share with me something I can purchase that is their go to fly.
Also what type of leader strength and length works day in and day out for reds.
12-16lb fluro tippet. 9’ leader works well. a clouser works well this time of year, as do small kwan style flies…the angler should have both
