Hey guys
Does anyone ever fish the flood tides in the morning or is the evening a better time to fish for Bass in the grass? Just curious as I am thinking of going out tomorrow.
Let me know if you have had any success during the day or is it a waste of time. I am going to give it a go anyways, just looking for some pointers.

Saw plenty of tails a couple weeks ago fishing in the am. Wouldnt pass up a flood tide id I had the chance. Good luck if you go.

They have been tailing the past 2 mornings. Good luck.
Fished the flood tide yesterday morning. Watched a dozen or so tailing reds. I feel like a kid again every time i see them tail. Caught 4, all over 27 inches.

Jamie: Do you mind sharing what you were using to catch them? I have seen a bunch of tails but can’t get any takers. All the things that worked in the past aren’t working now. I have used everything but live bait! Thanks for any help you can give!

Yeah, i fished the short grass using mud minnows on a Carolina rig.

Had another guy out there the pther day using mud minnows. I am not against using live bait so I will set the trap out before my next trip. Thanks for the help and nice fish!

I didn’t get to go today. Bummed out, but things just didn’t work in my favor. Heading out in the AM though. Tide is supposed to be up. Hope the weather holds off.
