Thanks to those of you who showed intrest in The Keys house. We are presently painting, tiling and fornishing the house and should be finished by Christmas.It is 3br and 3 bath and located in Little Torch Key. I am only going to rent to Chas. People and should have an idea of availability around Christmas.I am thinking about buying a nice center console aluminum boat to have available to rent also. Dolphin Marina is in our neighborhood and has boats for rent, also a first class boat landing. Most houses this size and locaton go for 1200=1400 per weeek so I am thinking 950 for one. Being we are gonna only rent to local folks ,we also escape local taxes.

I’m afraid no to pets and also no smoking, Yes. Located on Atlantic, around two miles from open ocean. then it is about 4 miles to Looe Key diving spot and 5 miles or so to Behia Honda.
Why aluminum? I’m assuming b/c you don’t want idiots tearing up fiberglass but an aluminum boat down there isn’t very useful. I don’t think it adds any value to the rental package. A basic 22 ft CC with a top and quality livewell on the other hand…Doesn’t have to be fast either. Just big enough to fish the reef and slow troll live bait for sails and such. Something like a Dusky would be very affordable and easy to maintain.

Yep,you are right on the aluminum boat. I am thinking about 17 ft. Carolina Skiff with a 90, I can use it and also rent it if someone wants it. I have a 24 ft. boat I am gonna leave there ,but I would’ nt rent it. You can fish that boat out to the reef and all of the back country My contact number is 843 343 3044
