Was going to go gigging next weekend. I have noticed the Reds & Trout have picked up but not much talk about Flounder.
Has the cooler temps run them out of the Inlets yet?
How has the water clarity been, I would assume it is getting better since the weather is cooling down?
Any help would be great. If they are not there then I may want to just forget gigging & do some day fishing.
We went last week in Charleston and it was good. Saw plenty of fish in not perfect conditions. We saw around thirty and stuck a dozen of them. Nice and thick this time of year too. The flounder will be here for a little while longer yet. Seems like once the cold of late November sets in, I start seeing less and less of them. You don’t know if you don’t go.

Glad to hear that. I went around this time last year & did real good but it was warmer last year. Just hope the weather holds so I don’t have to cancel.

Can anyone tell me how the water clarity is? I think there may have been some rain in PI & MI early this week. Was wondering if it was enough to clouded visibility?
