I am pretty new to fly tying and I was wondering what colors you use and for what season.

I was wondering what your favorites patterns are and where you would fish these patterns(grass or creek type thing)

What I use to help determine what colors to use, For the muddy stained water I use brighter colors like copper and orange. For clear water use darker more natural colors. The bright flashy cuts through the gloom of the muddy water while in clear water it spooks them sometimes
