Fly Fishing Film Tour

Tomorrow night at Charleston Music Hall. Last year’s tour was a blast. I plan on attending again this year as it looks like some great films are on the tour. Perfect way to kick off spring/summmer fly fishing.

It was fantastic tonight, learned a lot and saw some incredible footage.

I enjoyed the film. But I don’t think the atmosphere quite matched the Terrace Theater.

Footage was incredible as 23 said! A lot of places I would really like to go fish! I’ve had the opportunity to fish with a couple of those guys and if you ever get the chance, jump on it! One of them told me, “To do amazing things, you have to put yourself in amazing places, with amazing people”. Don’t know if he made it up, or someone else, but it is a conversation I think about often.

“Those who have the ability to make a difference have the responsibility to do so.” Thomas Jefferson

Went with a couple buddies and we had a great time. The swag alone was worth the $15 admission. My only disappointment was there wasn’t more saltwater film action, especially local stuff, but I realize this is a national tour. The film of the reds attacking the topwaters was pretty awesome though.
I just don’t care about trout or freshwater FF, I’m 100% salty.

just curious. did the f3t prompt you to dash out and purchase several of those two-hander flyrods, the kind those freshwater salmon fags could sling [what seemed to me] 50 yds+

seems to me you need one
