Sent a Sage Rod back to them for some repair, broken rod tip. I sent the item 6 weeks ago. It came in the mail yesterday, obvious damage to the outside of the package, it had been “repaired” with tape. Open the package to see the rod tube with a huge dent in the side from where the shipping tube had been crushed. Open the rod tube to find a 2 piece rod in 4 pieces. Awesome, Thanks FedEX, in the middle of a claim process to get them to fix the damage. Wasn’t happy to see such neglect in the shipping process.
