I’d like to get into flyfishing. I’ve never done it so I don’t want to drop a lot of money on a rod and reel for something I might not like. I went to the expo and asked alot of questions and was told to spend around $300 for a good set up or it wouldn’t last. Is this true? I’ve seen some combo’s in basspro for around $100 to $150 which is more inline with what I’m willing to spend. I’ve got some good bait casting rods and reels for $150. What are your thoughts? Thanks
