We made the long run Wednesday once again. Fog made it a slow run out. Left the hill around 0300 and on the numbers around 6:30. At sunrise we hooked a nice blackfin but lost it at the boat. We landed 2 for the box and lost 5-7 more with no idea how that was possible as all the hooks were good. Landed a bunch of Bonita also.I think JD was ready to throw some #@&* overboard with each lost fish. Thats fishing I guess. Thanks JD as all in all it was a good day. Boats around us were catching some Blackfins and even a few wahoo were boated. We did hook one small dolphin as well. The run to the hill was fast as we were running 36-40 knots all the way back. Now one had a camera with them so, no pics this time.
Good going!
Gotta love those rubber hooks![:0]![]()

No, we did’nt slow the boat down in hopes of doubling or tripling like the last time we were out there.
