My girlfriend and I have a room available in our ocean front apartment on folly. Rent is 650 per month, and 1 yr lease required. Utilities are generally 70 a month with cable internet and electric, a little higher in summer depending on AC usage.
We both work 40-55 hours a week, one is grad student other working full time, ages 24 and 27. We have 1 dog and 2 kittens, litter box kept in our room, you will never see or smell it. Washer and dryer, and room to put a futon if we choose and have a guest room.
Bedroom isn’t large, and house is very old and has its drawbacks, but it is 100 yds to the water. It should be obvious I am a fisherman posting here, and do A LOT of surf fishing.
1 Months rent and 1 month security to move in, and sign lease.
