After fixing the basketball size hole in the cast net, 40inchreds catches 8"+ Mullet right away. Not soon after it was dark and the bite turned on. Couple slobs. 32" and 26". Caught the 26" on a panfish fly rod with a 1000 series reel. What a treat. Same spot as yesterday.

Mike, when do you work, I see you posting all the time. I’m retired and can’t fish that much!! Great pic. and adventures.
I work Monday - Friday normal business hours, unless I want to fish in which then I skip work. Unfortunately, the bank suffers at times. Gotta balance the two!!! This weekend I was in Charleston for the annual Charleston Classic disc golf tournament and fished all daylight hours available around the tournament. Did a lot better at catching than discing.
