Started the morning off looking for reds with some great clients, but ended up slaying the flounder. Great trip in the books! Mud minnows on the bottom using a carolina rig in about 2-4 ft of water was the ticket. Any oyster bar or creek mouth with a steady drop on sandy bottom and near deep water access produced. Glad to see that the flounder bite is alive and well.
That is 2 fish i have been trying to catch in the Folly and havent yet. Been trying for years so either i am not doing it right or not enough effort. Folly is the only river i fish in when i come in town.Nice job.
