Trees and I Left the house at 5 am with the kayaks on top of the truck. With a quick stop at dunkin donuts, we were in the water around sixish.
Wind was a little stronger than i would have liked, but we got through the surf pretty easy. Bait was everywhere. Got enough after a couple casts and got to work drowning some hadden on a carolina rig while throwing a Gotcha looking for some spanish.
Trees was the first to hook up with a nice bonnethead. It was the first time that we were landing the sharks in the kayaks. It took a little practice but ended up being a crap ton of fun.

Was back at the house by 930. Ended up the day with 3 bonnets, 2 sand, and a few break offs. No spanish landed, but we saw plenty jumping.
