There is a dock and small lot just past Bowen’s Rd. on the right when deading towards Folly.
The area looks fishy and sure would beat paddling up from the Folly launch ramp.
Is that publicly accessible?

Does Crosby’s allow you to launch form their property? Looking for a good place to fish while camping at JI. I fished from the Folly landing, but there was a bunch of boat traffic.

You can launch from Crosby’s. Tell them inside; they’ll charge you a buck or two.
The dock across that creek can be used for free if you buy a “townhouse with dock” at the Clam Farm further north at Bowen’s Road. Used to be $700-800+k pre-2008. Much less now.
You can also launch for $2 at Bowens Restaurant at the end of Bowen’s Island road.
