Fished Folly river this pasted weekend and like most of the reports we had read before our trip the Trout were on fire! Started out catching a few on D.O.A. C.A.L. Series Shad with trout eye jig heads under poping cork then switched to Ralph’s Shad color Trout trick then Trout trick Mood Ring color then used the last couple of my Trout trick originals! We caught most fish in and near the grass on oysters in about 2’ - 3’ of water. We had a great weekend and my wife almost out fished me! Went home with a few fish for a few good dinners. We released a lot of fish also. Haddrell’s were low on the colors I was looking for and no Trout trick originals till the next day. I think I will start ordering ahead so I will have what I need when I get there.
