Thanks, This was the menu from tuesday night for our annual Board of Trustee Dinner, I have been cooking and fishing all my life in Charleston and used to own a restaurant here in town. The dessert in the first picture was almond sponge cake with praline mousse and chocolate peanut butter fudge. The second picture is braised beef short ribs with mushroom risotto and a meritage reduction. The third dish was braised pork belly with sweet potato puree, apple cinnamon brussels sprouts and roasted chipollini jam. Simply sublime!!! The fish dish was miso marinated chilean sea bass with lobster Boursin mashed potatoes and vanilla lobster butter sauce. The salad is a goat cheese napoleon with citrus and baby beet greens.
