Forever Young_5/15_sneaky banana's!!!

Headed out of Wapoo Sat 4a.m. with Rob, Mike & Mark. Lil snotty out past 20 miles. Lines in just short of SW Banks. Nothing happening for almost 2 hrs…whats wrong?!! Well…my wife packed me some trail mix that had dehydrated Bananas in it! Found the trail mix and overboard it went! 10 minutes later…fish on! Then we had a Sail sniff the teaser but we couldnt get a hook on him. Trolled around the area and picked up 5 gaffer phin’s then decided to hit some bottom.

Rob had some numbers so we went to check them out. Dropped down a few lines and the action was pretty good. I didnt pack my dive gear so Rob went down solo(dont try this at home kids)and stuck some nice grouper for us.

Great Trip, Thanks Kevin! That reminds me. If your diver comes to the surface and keeps signalling 3 beeps on the dive alert over and over it means “come get my ass out of the water before i have to shoot this shark” Just for future reference.

Is Rob getting taller?

Jason… not taller…He’s standing on top of his dive weights and I’m just getting shorter and fatter.

Rob…sharks gotta eat too…come on…

Are those the infamous black sea bass I have been hearing about? Did you capture one and bring it in for massive breeding to repopulate their numbers? I hear they are severely endangered. haha
