Pinned a note to his life jacket.
Told him to get back in his truck with the windows rolled up and the motor off.
Someone from Walmart would be along directly and call the cops to save him.
Simple as that.
That might not work for Donnie, but if it was Roo in the car, all of CFC would be there with sledge hammers and the jaws of life tearing that car apart! Most of the car parts removed, would never be seen again, except in someones back yard. Probably hooked up to a smoker or a BBQ or a reel spooler or something like that.
