We have the best of intentions. Nobody knows for sure the type of plane or if it is military or not. I’ve been talking to one of the worlds top shipwreck experts. It is not that big of a deal as long as it is obvious you are trying to ID it versus trying to salvage something. State waters end 3 miles offshore so the SC State Department of Archaeology would not have any jurisdiction. But i would sure welcome their help.
