I want to catch them all

treasure chest of awesome inshore outfits. Gentleman lived in sumter and thankfully able to track him down through the fishermans grapevine. guy had just spent $1500 replacing it all, but I have offered to allow him to return what he bought now that he could get his original equipment back…long term business is always more important than short-term! good way to start a Friday by making a strangers day!

That’s stand up service right there! Awesome ReelHunter.

Good on you! Too bad there are so many others that would have said, “Oh well”. Good Kharma coming your way.

Good on you, Scott. That’s why I engage in internet brawls to support you guys…

“I’m not a hundred percent in love with your tone right now…”

Give Milo Hanckel from Hanckel Marine some props, he is actually who saw and saved the gentlemans equipment in the first place…he just contacted me to help track the guy down if possible and Daryl Stubbs here at the shop played a role tracking him down. Local folks helping good folks…the way it is supposed to be.

Made our day just as much to help, as it did for him to get his gear back and us allow him to return a lot of what he spent to replace the gear.

And BB, it is not much of a brawl or fight when only one side exhibits common sense. lol, jk. We appreciate everything beyond words.

Good ole Lowcountry boy right there!!! Can’t say enough good things about em, always super friendly & goes out of his way to help out. If you ever need top notch customer service & any marine repairs Hankel is the place. He’s the kind of people that makes living in charleston one of the treasures it is.
